Steps to Becoming a Bomanite Licensed Contractor

The following list is intended to provide an overview of the steps needed to become a Bomanite Licensed Contractor. Please review this site carefully. 1. Review license requirements and the information on this website, then complete and submit Bomanite’s Preliminary Licensing Application Form.

2. Upon preliminary review of your application, you will be contacted by our General Manager. A phone interview provides a good opportunity for us to get to know each other and lay out the timeline, process and answer any questions you may have.

3. Upon satisfactory completion of the phone interview, a Credit Application will need to be submitted and reviewed. You will then be given a Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) that contains comprehensive and valuable information for franchise candidates.

4. You will be asked to submit a certificate of insurance and proof of contractor’s license (or equivalent). A credit and background check will be completed to finish the application process. Your information will be submitted for approval.

5. A site visit by Bomanite may be required.

6. Once approval is made by The Bomanite Company, we will send you the Bomanite License Agreement for execution. With your signed license agreement and license fee submitted, you are officially part of the Bomanite Network - Welcome!

Once the application is submitted and approved, we generally work to complete the license agreements within a 20-day period. Once we have received the signed license agreement and payment from you, we will execute your license agreement. Following execution of the agreement, your Bomanite Marketing Package will be sent within two weeks and your Bomanite Initial Licensing Package will be sent in four to six weeks. The details of what’s contained in these packages will be outlined in the appendix section of your license agreement.
