In 2014, Belleview Station in Denver, CO, was highlighted in a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) plan as a prime urban center with high-density, multi-modal potential and significant capacity for growth. Leveraging this vision, Front Range Land and Development took on the role of master developer, shaping the entire 51-acre area. The project’s mixed-use zone spans approximately 40 acres, subdivided into eight city blocks labeled A through H and bordered by Belleview Avenue, Niagara Street, and Union Avenue. Each block has been thoughtfully planned to include a dynamic mix of offices, retail, and multi-family residences, creating a vibrant, interconnected community.

Building Belleview Block B: Blending Retail with Residential
Belleview Block B, completed in 2016, is retail and residential with The Den Apartments (325-units). The main contractor was Holland Development, and the architect was Eisen Group of Washington D.C. During the construction phase, while Colorado Hardscapes was completing exterior flatwork and wall on this project, Holland Development, the main contractor, reached out to them for a customized concrete flooring solution that would meet the high-end aesthetic of the Belleview Block B’s interior lobby. Initially, the Bomanite Micro-Top system wasn’t specified for the project, but after reviewing samples and discussing the benefits, the decision was made to proceed with Bomanite Micro-Top in two colors: Bomanite French Gray and Custom Bomanite Dark Gray.
