Alternating Squares Are Show Stoppers

Working closely with the homeowner to achieve the perfect color scheme and design, Heritage Bomanite utilized a multi-stage installation process.  The subfloor was first stiffened using metal lathe and mortar.  The Bomanite Micro-Top® was troweled on with Light Brown MT Bomanite Integral Color and then cut in the diamond pattern.  Alternating squares were stained with Seal Brown Bomanite Chemical Stain.  Then the floor was sealed prior to being grouted using white grout.  The final stages, the decorative concrete flooring was then cleaned, sealed again, and waxed.  This highly detailed process was obviously worth the effort.
